The Kerr County Stock Show Association will hold its annual Department Meeting on Wednesday, March 22nd at 6:30 pm at the Hill Country Youth Event Center.

This meeting is designed to:

1. elect or reelect Superintendents and assistants.
2. elect department representatives to sit on the Executive Board.
3. bring suggestions for rule changes & other ideas to improve your department.
4. discuss & make arrangements for judges.
5. nominate new General board members.

If you know of new show families or anyone else that would like to join the board, please bring them and/or names to this meeting.
