The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Offices in Gillespie, Kimble and Kerr Counties will host a Private Applicators Training and Testing on May 21^st at the Harper Community Park Building in downtown Harper. Registration will start at 8 am with the training beginning at approx. 8:20am. Lunch will be provided by Behrends Feed and Supply of Harper, TX. Attendees need to stop by their County Extension Office to pay for and pick up their review guides and study materials. It is recommended that you do this several days in advance to allow time to prepare. The cost is $50 which will cover your materials, the training, the testing and lunch. This may be the last time the training and testing will be done in combination. To pick up and pay for your materials you can stop by one of the following locations Gillespie County AgriLife Office at 95 Frederick Rd, Fredericksburg; Kimble County AgriLife Office located in the Kimble County Court House, Junction, TX; or Kerr County AgriLife Office at 3655 Hwy 27 East, Kerrville. This training and testing will allow producers to buy and use restricted use herbicides on property they operate.
